本漆金継ぎ
割れた物を順番通りに漆でつけ、小麦粉と漆を練ったものを作り、欠損部分を埋め、乾かし、研ぎ、最後に漆をつけて、金粉を巻くという作業になります。
金、銀、ベンガラなど、器の色に合わせて選んで頂き、侘びた雰囲気を作るのか、わからないように目立たないように仕上げるのか。それによって金継ぎの器の表情は全く変わります。
天然の素材を使用する伝統的な技法ですが、現代で本漆の技法を用いる金継ぎは希少な修復方法です。期間：約6ヶ月〜

POP金継ぎ
欠損した部分をパテで埋め、代用金や銀、朱など、どんな色でも彩ることができます。
比較的安価で仕上がりも早く修復が可能です。
期間：約2週間〜
Kintsugi [Repair process]
Repair process The delivery time and repair cost for Kintsugi varies depending on the damaged item and the extent of the damage.
We also undertake restoration of pottery and porcelain purchased outside of our pottery storehouse.

1. Please contact us via the "Touko LINE Official Account" or "Inquiry Form." (We recommend LINE as images will be exchanged.)

・Kintsugi method (we can provide two types of estimates)
- Images of the damage (top, side, close-up of the damaged area, broken pieces, etc.)
2. The storehouse will consult with a restorer and send you a quote (approximately one week).
3. If you would like to have your item repaired, please send any broken items or fragments to the pottery storehouse.
4. We will repair the product and deliver it to your specified address.

Repairability
- Depending on the damage, it may not be possible to repair the item. We will check the condition in advance and let you know whether it can be repaired or not.

If there is significant damage to the piece, we may not be able to offer a second repair.
Quotes and Prices
- The cost of restoration varies depending on the extent of the damage, material costs, work time, etc. A detailed estimate will be provided after we have inspected the pottery.
- Cancellations are not accepted once repairs have begun. If you cancel, a cancellation fee (100%) may be charged.

- The delivery time for repairs also varies depending on the extent of the damage and the difficulty of the work. If you need it urgently, please let us know in advance.
Quality after repair
- Kintsugi Restoration is a uniquely Japanese restoration technique in which damaged parts are repaired with gold. Damaged areas may still be visible after repair , but this is considered to be the unique beauty of kintsugi.
Handle with care
- We recommend that you handle your restored ceramic gently, especially the first time, as any strong impacts may cause it to break again.
Warranty period
- Repairs are covered by a limited warranty, but do not cover any other damage.
About Shipping
- Please note that the shipping costs for returning broken pottery to the pottery storehouse are the customer's responsibility. When shipping from the pottery storehouse, shipping fees are set for each delivery area. These fees will be set at the online shop's shipping rates. In accordance with the online shop's shipping regulations, we may send the item at our own expense.

- When requesting restoration , please clean the ceramic. If there is any dirt remaining, This may affect the repair .
- There is a high chance that your microwave will not be usable after repair.
