In conjunction with the "11th Yoshiko Kasahara Exhibition," we will be holding "TOKO CLUB EVENTS | A Tea Ceremony to Enjoy Chinese Tea" by tea artist Yuka Iwano.

You will enjoy Chinese tea using tea utensils and dessert plates by Yoshiko Kasahara.
Chinese tea is enjoyed slowly using all five senses as the taste and aroma change over the course of one to four brews.
In the first half, you will appreciate the tea and experience the original flavor of the tea leaves, and in the second half, you will enjoy pairing sweets with tea.
We plan to serve three types of Chinese or Taiwanese tea: green tea, white tea, and blue tea, as well as sweets.
Anyone can easily join, even if they are just one person, so we hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy a luxurious time surrounded by tea and tableware in this historic space.

This event was originally scheduled to be held on June 9th and June 16th, but due to Mr. Iwano's poor health, the date and time have been changed.
Regarding reservations, priority will be given to customers who make reservations on June 9th and June 16th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.


・On the day of the event, please use the Mashiko Town Tourist Association Parking Lot (located north of the gas station at Jonai-zaka intersection).
・This event is only open to members of the members-only community club "TOKO CLUB." There are no annual fees, so please take this opportunity to register.

[How to participate] *Reservations will begin at 10:00 on May 10th.
① Please register using the registration form below. (We also accept reservations by phone. If you make a reservation by phone, you will not receive follow-up emails such as information emails on the day.)
② On the day of the event, please come to the Touko approximately 10 minutes before the start time. Please check in at the main register and a staff member will guide you to the venue.
(Details will be sent by separate email.)
*If we receive more reservations than our capacity allows, we will confirm your reservation on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, if your desired reservation is already booked, you may be asked to move your reservation. In that case, priority will be given to reservations based on the order of reservations.
